Galmudug state security forces have arrested a man who was wanted by the security forces in Abudwaq district in Galgadud region in central Somalia for the accusation of killing of innocent civilians last month.
The man famously known as Botan is accused of masterminding the killing of two civilians in Abudwaq last month.
Military officials said that after a lengthy investigation and massive manhunt for the suspect, the suspect was nabbed and taken to the Galmudug capital, Dhusamareb for court trial.
The arrest of the man accused of orchestrating the killings in Abudwaq district last month has been widely welcomed by the local community and the killings in the district have created a widespread panic and fear.
