The Minister of Health of Jubaland, Ismail Ahmed Garas, today chaired the Ministry’s monthly staff meeting at the headquarters of the Jubaland Ministry of Health.
The meeting brought together the Ministry’s Advisor, Garaad Aden, several department directors, senior ministry officials, and health coordinators from Jubaland’s regions and districts. Some participants joined the session virtually through video conferencing.
During the meeting, officials presented progress reports highlighting achievements and activities carried out over the past month. Discussions focused on accelerating priority programs, strengthening coordination, and improving the delivery of essential healthcare services to communities across Jubaland.
Addressing participants, Minister Garas commended ministry staff for their dedication and hard work in advancing the health sector. He encouraged officials and healthcare coordinators to further intensify their efforts to enhance the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of health services throughout the state.
The monthly review meeting forms part of the Ministry’s ongoing commitment to monitoring performance, addressing challenges, and ensuring the continued improvement of healthcare services for the people of Jubaland.
