The Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation of Jubbaland State, Mohamed Ogle, officially closed a high-level technical working group meeting focused on durable solutions, organized by the Ministry of Planning, Investment, and International Cooperation aimed at strengthening long-term durable solutions for IDPs in Jubbaland State.
Held every three months, the meeting brings together various government ministries and humanitarian agencies working on sustainable solutions for displaced populations. This quarter’s session saw active participation from key stakeholders, including the Deputy Minister of Planning, Investment, and International Cooperation, the Chairperson of the Jubbaland Refugee and IDP Agency, and other senior officials.
The forum serves as a collaborative platform to assess progress, align strategies and strengthen coordination among partners committed to long-term stability and development in the Jubbaland regional State of Somalia.
