
The Minister of Interior Security for the Jubaland State Government, Major General Yusuf Hussein Osman (Dhumaal), today officially received a generous donation of 20 camels intended to support Jubbaland’s security forces.
The handover ceremony was attended by the Commander of Jubbaland’s Darawiish Forces, Brigadier General Ismail Sahardiid (Keydsane), along with other senior security officials.
The livestock donation was presented by Ugaas Igaal Abdi Shangalow, the traditional leader of the Bahgari clan, who emphasized that the contribution was a gesture of solidarity with the brave soldiers defending the nation, its people, and Jubbaland’s territories. Ugaas Shangalow reaffirmed the clan’s commitment to standing firmly behind the national army and security institutions.
Several dignitaries, including MP Abditajir Muhumed Qani and Sayid Abdirahman Jama Camir, praised the troops for their unwavering dedication to maintaining peace and stability in Jubbaland.
Minister Dhumaal expressed his gratitude to the Bahgari clan for their patriotic support, noting that such initiatives strengthen the spirit of unity and cooperation among Jubaland communities.
The Minister handed over the livestock to Brigadier General Ismail Sahardiid (Keydsane) for distribution among frontline forces engaged in security operations.
