In a significant step toward strengthening regional cooperation in water resource management, the Minister of Energy and Water Resources of the Jubaland State Government, Ahmed H. Baraki, led a high-level delegation on a professional exchange and learning mission to Mombasa, Kenya.
The visit, organized in collaboration with the Jubaland Water Agency, was initiated following an official invitation from the Coastal Water Works Development Agency (CWWDA) — the body responsible for managing water services across six coastal counties in Kenya: Mombasa, Kwale, Kilifi, Lamu, Tana River, and Taita Taveta.
