Jubbaland Justice and Security Ministries Host Second Open Forum in Dolow to Tackle Key Governance Issues

The Jubbaland Ministries of Justice and Security, in collaboration with the Dolow District Administration, successfully organized the second monthly Open Forum today in Dolow town, Gedo region.

The forum focused on critical issues related to justice and security, providing a platform for open dialogue between government officials and the local community.

The event was officially opened by Adan Bare Ali, Deputy Chairperson for Security and Political Affairs in Dolow, who addressed questions raised by citizens, emphasizing transparency and community engagement.

Dolow police officers and local women played an active role in the discussions, directly responding to concerns and contributing to solutions on matters of justice and public safety.

Key attendees included Mohamed Dahir Ali, Advisor to the Jubbaland Minister of Justice; Abdirahman Bakaal Diriye, Director of Labor at the Ministry of Security; Marwo Hibo Hassan Hashi, chairperson of the Dolow women’s association and members of the Dolow district court committee.

The forum highlighted the importance of inclusive governance and community participation in shaping a safer and more just society.
