Jubaland’s Darawiish forces, specifically the Second Battalion based in Janaa Cabdalle, have successfully intercepted four motorbikes commonly used by extremists during a security operation in the forested areas near Harboole.
The motorbikes, known locally as “Feykon,” along with the individuals operating them, were captured during the raid. According to security officials, the suspects were attempting to deliver various supplies to insurgent fighters hiding in remote areas.
Authorities say the operation is part of ongoing efforts to disrupt militant logistics and strengthen security across Lower Jubba.
