Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mohamed Hussein Roble has yesterday chaired a Cabinet meeting which discussed a raft of issues.
The cabinet meeting discussed the overall situation in the country, the approval of the 2022 budget and the Executive Committee of the Presidential Decree on the Protection of Public Lands.
The government’s budget of $ 669 million has been approved by the government which includes staff salaries, health and development projects.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble praised the increase and approval of the government’s 2022 budget and commended the Ministry of Finance for completing the 2022 budget on time.
The Somali premier also thanked all government agencies which worked to increase revenue for the government as well as the cabinet for the approval.
