The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia Mohamed Hussein Roble and the President of the Jubaland State of Somalia Ahmed Mohamed Islam have today chaired a meeting of the Jubaland Council of Ministers.
The council of Ministers meeting which is usually held on every Thursday of the week was attended by various ministries of state.
This was followed by the launch of the Juba River Flood Solution Program and the Buurgaabo Port Construction Project.
The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mohamed Hussein Roble and the President of the Jubaland State of Somalia, Ahmed Mohamed Islam aslo laid the foundation stone for the new Ministry of Planning and International Relations of the Jubbaland state.
The Ministers of Planning at the Federal and Ministerial Levels discussed the laying of the foundation stone and the collaboration between the two Ministries.
This is second day of the Somali prime minister’s stay in Kismayo, the Jubbaland regional state of Somalia.
