Puntland President Sacid Abdullahi Deni has held a series of briefings and consultations on the current situation in the country with various officials, politicians, academics, intellectuals and civil society organizations in Puntland.
The meeting requested by President Deni discussed the political situation in the country, especially in matters of elections which is still in quagmire.
The meeting is said to be a strategy for president Deni before he attends the regional state heads which was said to be discussing the poll issues.
Puntland President Sacid Deni is expected to fly to the capital city of Galmudug where a high level meeting is expected to take place in a bid to making dispute resolution options.
