The Minister of Energy and Water Resources of the Jubbaland Government conducted a working visit to the Todoobojo Well in Afmadow District, one of the most productive water sources serving the local community.
The inspection was joined by the Minister of Health of Jubbaland, along with other members of the government delegation, who assessed the condition of the well and the services it provides to residents in the area.
Speaking during the visit, the Minister of Energy and Water Resources emphasized the government’s commitment to improving access to clean and reliable water. He announced that the Todoobojo Well will soon undergo extensive rehabilitation works aimed at enhancing its efficiency, improving the quality and sustainability of water supply services, and meeting the growing needs of the local population.
The planned upgrades are expected to strengthen water access for communities in and around Afmadow, underscoring the Jubbaland Government’s ongoing efforts to invest in critical infrastructure and improve essential public services.
