The Minister of Energy and Water Resources of Jubbaland, Ahmed H. Baraki, accompanied by members of the Jubbaland Cabinet, the Director General of the Ministry, and several ministry staff, today officially inaugurated a newly constructed water well in Janaa Abdalle Village, Lower Juba
During the commissioning ceremony, the Minister formally handed over the new water well to the local administration of Janaa Abdalle. He highlighted the critical importance of the project in improving access to clean water and enhancing the overall well‑being of the community.
Minister Baraki emphasized that the water well represents a significant step toward strengthening essential water services, supporting rural development, and improving the daily lives of residents who have long faced water scarcity challenges.
