The Minister of Women, Family Affairs, and Human Rights of Jubbaland, Hon. Cadar Cabdullaahi Ismaaciil, officially opened a high-level forum today focused on strengthening unity and collaboration among women from various sectors across Jubbaland.
Organized by the Ministry of Women, the event brought together members of the Jubbaland House of Representatives, the Ministry’s Director General, senior officials, and representatives from civil society—including female religious scholars, entrepreneurs, and youth leaders.
The forum served as both a dialogue and a strategic platform to explore ways of enhancing women’s participation in social development, political engagement, and national progress. Discussions emphasized the importance of solidarity and cooperation among women to amplify their role in shaping Jubbaland’s future.
