
The Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs of the Jubbaland State has launched a comprehensive training program in Dhobley District aimed at enhancing community dialogue and justice-related skills.
The training brought together a diverse group of participants, including traditional elders, women, youth, prosecutors, CID officers and district administrators.
This inclusive approach reflects the Ministry’s commitment to fostering collaboration and mutual understanding among key stakeholders in the justice system.
The training was formally inaugurated by the Director General of the Ministry, Abdullahi Abdiqadir Aden (Qaanuni), who emphasized the importance of equipping both the public and justice institutions with effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
The initiative seeks to promote peaceful conflict resolution, build trust between communities and justice actors and strengthen cooperation through constructive dialogue.
By empowering participants with practical tools and knowledge, the Ministry aims to lay the foundation for a more harmonious and resilient society.
