The Mayor of Kismayo town, Omar Abdullahi Mohamed, conducted an inspection of the road construction project near Saytuun Restaurant, close to the former district police station. A project that is part of the city’s ongoing development initiatives.
The inspection visit was aimed at assessing the progress, quality and expedite the ongoing construction work.
The Mayor urged the workers and engineers to accelerate the project while maintaining high standards and technical specifications.
“Let’s expedite this project while ensuring we uphold the highest standards and technical specifications,” urged Mayor Omar Abdullahi Mohamed.
Omar Mohamed emphasized the district administration’s commitment to improving infrastructure, particularly roads to facilitate the movement of people and vehicles.
This effort is a crucial component of the broader plan to rebuild and enhance public services in Kismayo town.
