
The President of the Jubaland State of Somalia, Ahmed Mohamed Islam, today held a high-level meeting with the German Ambassador to Somalia, Kenya and Seychelles, Sebastian Groth, to discuss key issues concerning Somalia’s future.
During the meeting, the two officials exchanged views on the overall situation in Somalia, with particular focus on security, political developments, and ongoing efforts to promote peace and stability across the country.
The discussions also highlighted Germany’s continued support for Somalia, especially in the areas of development, stabilization, and the delivery of essential social services. Both sides underscored the importance of strengthening cooperation to advance sustainable development and improve the well-being of communities.
The meeting reflects the strong partnership between Jubaland and international partners in supporting initiatives aimed at fostering stability, development, and prosperity in Somalia.
