The Head of Planning and Training at the Lower Juba Regional Police Command, Major Shukri Farah Ducale, accompanied by the Police Commander of Raskambooni Station, Mohamed Abdikarim Rage, officially inaugurated a crucial training program today focused on investigating gender‑based violence–related crimes.
The three‑day training brings together police officers serving in the Raskambooni area and aims to significantly strengthen their investigative skills, enhance their professionalism, and improve justice procedures when handling sensitive cases.
The opening ceremony drew attendance from senior police officers, officials from the Ministry of Security, and representatives from organizations working in social affairs and human rights.
