The President of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, held a special meeting last night with the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia-cum- the Prime Minister of the country, Prince Salman Bin Mohamed.
The President of Somalia and the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia discussed the relationship between the two governments and how to further strengthen the cooperation between the two countries of Somalia and Saudi Arabia.
The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Prince Mohammed bin Salman has promised to support the Federal Government of Somalia in dealing with security and frequent droughts in Somalia.
President Hassan Sheikh Mojamud was accompanied by the Somali Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Abshir Omar Jama, the Somali ambassadors to Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud recently visited Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he participated in the China-Arab Conference and held various meetings with some of the Heads, Prince and Kings of the Arab countries.
