
A high-level international delegation from World Vision International and its partner organizations has arrived in Afmadow district, Lower Jubba region, where they received a warm welcome from the district administration.
The delegation was officially received by Afmadow district commissioner, Abdirahman Moallin, who hosted the team at his office for a key meeting focused on the status of essential social services, particularly humanitarian assistance and healthcare delivery in the district.
During their visit, the delegation toured several health facilities in Afmadow to assess ongoing healthcare services and observe newly introduced medical initiatives aimed at improving access to quality healthcare for local communities.
The delegation also received detailed briefings from district officials on the overall humanitarian situation, community needs, and priority areas requiring support.
