Jubbaland Interior Minister Opens Second Phase of Community Project Workshop in Kismayo

The Minister of Interior of the Jubbaland State Government, Mohamed Ibrahim Ogle, officially inaugurated the second phase of a key workshop focused on the Jubbaland Community Project, marking a significant step toward strengthening regional development efforts.

The opening ceremony, held in Kismayo, brought together a broad range of senior officials and local leaders. Among those in attendance were the Deputy Chairman for Project Development and Agency Coordination in Gedo Region, as well as district commissioners from Afmadow, Dhobley, Luuq, and Ceelwaaq, alongside other government representatives and stakeholders.

The workshop, presented by the Project Manager of the Jubbaland Community Project, Abdiwahid Haji, centered on evaluating and refining implementation strategies.

Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on improving operational frameworks and enhancing coordination among various institutions involved in the project.

A key focus of the sessions was to strengthen collaboration between government bodies and partner organizations, ensuring a more effective and unified approach to addressing community needs. The initiative aims to align project activities with the priorities and aspirations of the people of Jubbaland, delivering sustainable and inclusive development outcomes.
