The Commander of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Jubaland Police Force, Captain Omar Hujale Abdi, today inaugurated a specialized training program for police officers focused on preventing and responding to conflict‑related violations.
The training, delivered by expert facilitators and held at the Lower Jubba Regional Police Headquarters, was also attended by the Head of Planning and Training and Police Spokesperson, Captain Shukri Farah Ducale.
Throughout the course, participants actively engaged in discussions centered on gender issues and human rights, gaining deeper understanding and practical skills essential for their duties.
