In a strong show of commitment to regional development, Jubbaland’s Minister of Education, Culture & Higher Learning, Abdinasir Mah Ugas, accompanied by Federal MP Hon. Hassan Abdi (widely known as Hassan Yare), conducted a high-level inspection tour today in Janaa Cabdalle, a key locality in Lower Jubba.
The visit focused on monitoring progress of several vital development projects, most notably a new school nearing completion. The delegation, which included other senior officials, also visited a large hospital under construction, a livestock water well, a newly built mosque and madrasa, and a planned veterinary health center set to launch soon.
During the tour, MP Hassan Yare praised the local community for their unity and dedication to improving their area. He commended their active support for development initiatives and reaffirmed his commitment to serving their interests. In return, residents expressed deep appreciation for the MP’s consistent efforts, describing him as a proactive leader who always prioritizes the welfare of his constituents.

Meanwhile, Commander Mahmoud Fanax of Jubbaland’s Second Division of the Darawiish Forces briefed the officials on the security situation in Janaa Abdalle, confirming that the area enjoys full stability. He emphasized the close cooperation between security forces and the local population in maintaining peace and order.
This joint inspection by the Jubbaland Education Minister and MP Hassan Yare underscores the ongoing efforts to strengthen public services and infrastructure in remote areas often underserved by government programs.
