The Director General of the Ministry of Internal Security of the Jubbaland State Government, Hared Kilas Abdi, officially inaugurated a vital training program today for officers of the Jubbaland Police Force.
The two-day workshop focuses on enhancing leadership, management, and strategic planning skills among police officers. The initiative aims to strengthen the professional capacity of the force, enabling them to respond more effectively, efficiently, and professionally to the evolving security needs of the community.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Hared emphasized the importance of continuous training in building a resilient and responsive police force.
“Empowering our officers with the right skills is key to ensuring public safety and maintaining trust between the police and the people,” He stated.
The training reflects Jubbaland’s commitment to improving internal security through capacity building and modern policing practices.
