The Deputy Minister of Health for the Jubbaland State Government, Abshir Mohamed, arrived today in Ceelwaaq District on an official working visit to inspect healthcare developments in the region.
During his visit, the Deputy Minister toured the newly established Ceelwaaq General Hospital, a facility recently implemented by the humanitarian organization Trocaire. He was warmly received by Ceelwaaq District Commissioner Ibrahim Guled Aden, local health officials led by Ceelwaaq Health Coordinator Ali Hassan Mahad, and representatives from Trocaire.
Minister Abshir Mohamed conducted a thorough inspection of the hospital’s various departments and commended both the hospital staff and Trocaire for their dedicated efforts in delivering essential health services to the community.
This visit underscores the Jubbaland Ministry of Health’s commitment to improving healthcare access and infrastructure across the region, particularly in underserved districts like Ceelwaaq.
