Jubbaland Government’s Darawish Army and Danab Commandos Conduct Major Operation in Lower Jubba region of Somalia

In a concerted effort to enhance regional security, the Jubbaland government’s Darawish army, alongside the Somali National Army’s Danab commandos, executed a meticulously planned two-day operation across several areas in the Lower Juba region including Khalaqa, Wardey Dheer, Baqooqaha, and Usbada.

The security operation aimed to ensure general security and mitigate threats posed by the Al-Shabaab militia to the local population. By focusing on these strategic areas, the forces sought to bolster stability and thwart any plots by terrorist groups that could disrupt the peace.

During the security operation, officers engaged with the local communities through information meetings, gaining valuable insights into their living conditions and addressing their concerns and needs.
