Two Somali girls killed in Vienna, Austria by young Somali man

The bodies of two Somali girls have been found in Vienna, Austria in a predominantly Somali neighborhood.

The girls, identified as Shukri Ahmed Abtidon and Faduma Mohamed Hirsi, were Somali nationals and were killed by a Somali man using what was believed to be a dagger.

The suspect is said to be married to one of the slain girls.

Austrian police who went to the scene of crime are said to have arrested a young Somali man suspected of killing the two girls.

Relatives of the slain girls have called on the police to investigate the murder and bring to justice anyone found guilty of killing their daughters.

In Austria, Somali nationals have been killed in various ways in the past, most of them by other Somalis.
