The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that many immigrants to the United States are awaiting approval from U.S. officials.
The court ruled that a Green Card residence permit should not be granted to a person with what is known as Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and if the person entered the country illegally entered when submitting or applying for a residence permit.
