The widow of slain journalist Jamal Khashoggi and a human rights group he founded filed a lawsuit in the United States on Tuesday against Saudi Arabia’s heir apparent Mohammed Bin Salman.

In a civil court in Washington DC, Khadija Cengiz and the Arab World Now group accused Mohammed Bin Salman of ordering the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

The Saudi embassy has not yet commented on the allegations against King Mohammed Bin Salman.

Prince Mohammed abbreviated as MBS, has denied involvement in the October 2, 2018 assassination of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.
