The Deputy Minister of Health of the Jubbaland State Government, Abshir Mohamed, and a delegation he led arrived in Elwak District in the Gedo Region today on an official working visit.
The delegation included Ahmed Kaafi, Jubbaland’s Ministry of Health Coordinator for Gedo Region, officials from Trócaire, and other accompanying representatives.
Upon their arrival, the delegation was warmly received by the Elwak District Administration, security officials, healthcare professionals, and various segments of the local community.
The visit underscores the Ministry’s continued commitment to strengthening healthcare services and collaboration with development partners, while engaging directly with local authorities and communities to address key health priorities in the region.
