
The Minister of Health of the Jubaland Government, Ismail Ahmed Garas, today chaired the ministry’s monthly staff review meeting held at the central headquarters of the Ministry of Health.
The meeting brought together the Acting Director General, who also serves as Director of Health Services, Ismail Ali Mahmoud, alongside department heads, senior ministry officials, and health coordinators from various regions and districts across Jubaland.
Several participants joined the session virtually, reflecting the ministry’s commitment to inclusive coordination across all administrative levels.
During the meeting, departmental leaders and regional and district health coordinators presented detailed reports outlining the activities and achievements accomplished over the previous month.
These updates provided a comprehensive overview of ongoing healthcare initiatives and service delivery across Jubaland.
Discussions primarily focused on accelerating priority programs, addressing existing challenges, and identifying practical solutions to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Emphasis was placed on strengthening healthcare services and ensuring communities across Jubaland receive improved and timely medical support.
In his remarks, Minister Ismail Ahmed Garas commended the ministry’s staff for their dedication and continued service to the community.
