The Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Disaster Management of Jubaland, Abdirahman Mohamed Dhiriq, has led a high‑level delegation on an official mission to Dhobley district, Lower Jubba region.
The delegation included the Minister of Water Resources, Ahmed Hussein Baraki, and the Deputy Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Mohamed Osman Jama.
Upon arrival, the officials received a warm welcome from the district administration and various departments of the Dhobley local government, who emphasized the significance of the visit in strengthening humanitarian services and advancing community development efforts.
The primary purpose of their mission was to deliver essential food aid to vulnerable families living in Dhobley town and surrounding villages, as part of ongoing efforts to support communities facing hardship.
