The Director General of the Ministry of Livestock of the Jubbaland Government, accompanied by coordinators from the Ministries of Agriculture and Livestock in Dhobley district, convened a strategic meeting focused on community development initiatives.
The joint session, organized by the Ministry of Livestock in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation, centered on reviewing and enhancing the operational plans of the Joint Committee under the FSRP (Food Systems Resilience Project). This committee comprises local pastoralists and farmers from Dhobley, reflecting a grassroots approach to development.
The meeting underscored the importance of strengthening cooperation between communities and government institutions to accelerate the implementation of development strategies in livestock and agricultural sectors.
