The Director General of the Jubbaland Ministry of Security, Hared Kilaas Abdi, led a high-level delegation on a field visit to the Dhobley District Police Station and several proposed sites earmarked for the construction of justice service centers aimed at serving the local community.
The inspection tour included senior officials from the Dhobley District Police Command, representatives from the Lower Jubba Police Command, members of the women’s union, youth groups and staff from the Ministry of Security.
The primary objective of the visit was to assess the current condition of the sites and evaluate the preparedness for establishing permanent public service facilities.
The delegation focused on ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the planned justice centers, which are expected to enhance access to legal and security services for residents.
