The Jubbaland Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission mbers (JIBEC) held a meeting with the Jubbaland Non State Actors Association umbrella (JUNSA).
The consultation meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Jubbaland Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, Mursal Siad Mohamed.
