Former Somali premier says President Farmajo directing the country into a “dark hole”

Former Somali Prime Minister Hassan Ali Kheyre has today held a press conference in Mogadishu to address on the “dangerous” steps taken by Somali President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo.

Hassan Ali Kheyre said that the future of the country is in doubt and today the office of the Prime Minister is under attack.

“There is no doubt that our country is in a state of darkness today. There is no doubt that our future and the future of our children are in imminent danger. ” Said Hassan Ali Kheyre.
Hassan Ali Kheyre has accused the outgoing Somali president Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo of directing the country into a dark hole 30 years later.

“Unfortunately, it is clear that the outgoing president, who had been appointed as an elder, chose to throw the country into a dark hole,” He added.

Hassan Ali Kheyre pointed out that the country was in a state of crisis and economic hardship and Al-Shabaab terror group is killing innocent civilians as Farmajo run the country with an iron fist with callousness.
“It is clear where he is going because he seems to have decided to show cruelty and despite the drought, the terrorists killings of our people and with the economy declining, the institutions of the country are crippled. Its do unfortunateand worrying to witness such a leader, ” He added.

Hassan Ali Kheyre’s remarks comes amid escalating tensions between Prime Minister Roble and President Farmajo being the deployment of massive security at the Premier’s office today morning.
