The Chairman of the Jubaland State Electoral Commission SEIT Dr. Siyad Mohamed Mursal has today received security officials at the headquarters of the Electoral Commission in Kismayo, Jubbaland state.
The security officials were led by the Lower Jubba Regional Police Commander Sadiq Mohamud Dhogor and AMISOM Police officers who are part of the security manning the polling station during the poll process.
