The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Somalia, Balal Mohamed Osman, has received the Ambassador of China, Fei Shengchao in Mogadishu, Somalia.
The two leaders discussed the strengthening of relations and cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting, the two also discussed the promotion of bilateral cooperation between Somalia and China and the promotion of bilateral cooperation to achieve the common interests and goals of the two countries as well as the latest developments in the region.
The Chinese government is one of the main donors to Somalia and has repeatedly donated COVID-19 vaccine to Somalia.
