Coronavirus has re-emerged in Somalia and around the world for the third time, with more people in different parts of the country having recently contracted the disease.
The Jubbaland Ministry of Health has in recent weeks been working to address Covid-19 disease.
In an interview with Radio Kismayo, the Director of the Jubbaland Ministry of Health services and emergency department, Mohamed Bashir Nur called on the public to be vigilant against corona virus disease which has re-emerged in the country.
The Health Ministry Director also said the Jubbaland Ministry of Health is now running a vaccination campaign against Covid-19 in Jubbaland state.
Several phases of the Coronavirus vaccination have been launched in the Jubbaland regional state to reduce the risk of Covid-19 infections.
