Newly appointed Jubbaland youth and sports minister welcomed in Kismayo amid warm praiseA welcoming ceremony for the newly appointed Jubbaland Minister for Youth and Sports Aways Mohamed Hassan was today held in Kismayo town.
The welcoming ceremony was attended by officials from various segments of the Jubbaland community.
The secretary of Jubbaland football federation Abdirahman Abdullahi Ahmed was also present at the welcoming event.
Amino Abdi Ali, chairperson of the Kalsan Somali Youth Integration Forum, said Minister Aweys Mohamed Hussein is a person who deserves the new ministerial position owing to his vast experience and knowledge in youth affairs.
The director for planning for the Jubbaland presidency, Abdiaziz Mohamed Hassan (Ilkase) who spoke at the event said that the president of Jubbaland state has given a chance to the youth of Jubbaland through the appointment of such a worthy and youthful minister.
