The Jubbaland state government has welcomed the just convened Somali poll consultative conference by the outgoing president of the Federal republic of Somalia Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo which was set to take place in Garowe, Puntland regional state of Somalia.
A statement from the Jubbaland Presidency said the poll conference will chart the way forward for the nation and end the poll impasse which is still in limbo.
The conference is said to be discussing the political situation in the country and the conflict in the upcoming Somali poll.

is set to take place on 15th of this month.
