The Armed Forces and Serious Crimes Court of the state has today sat for the hearing of the second phase of the trial in the case of Ayanle Abdi Osman who is a member of the Jubbaland Presidential Army unit.
The accused, who appeared in the military court for the second time, is believed to have been involved in an accident with one of the government’s vehicles, injuring five civilians and destroying public property.
