The Deputy Minister for Labor and Social Affairs of the Jubbaland State of Somalia, Ibrahim Mohamed Qoshow, who is currently in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda, has attended a five-day training programme on Social Protection and Rehabilitation Project.
The training with participation from Federal member states, MoLSA FGS, BRA & federal line Ministries aims at strengthening the capacity of government officials to deliver social protection.
The conference was organized by UNICEF and WORLD BANK and focused on a raft of issues.
