One person was killed and another injured in a knife attack last night in the Klaye Soyli district near the capital, Paris, security officials said.
Following the incident, a Senegalese man has been arrested for allegedly stabbing a young man to death while working at a mobile phone shop, while seriously injuring a customer who tried to intervene in the night incident.
The deceased, was said to be the assistant manager of the mobile phone shop where the incident happened.
The knife attack incident has caused widespread panic and fear in the Klaye Soyli district.
Meanwhile, French BFMTV television reported another knife attack of a 62-year-old who was a former police officer enrolled in drug related offenses.
