The Jubbaland regional government has issued a statement accusing the Federal Government of Somalia of interfering in the security situation in Gedo region of Jubbaland State.
The statement said that the international community has repeatedly called on the Federal Government of Somalia to stop interfering in Gedo region but has turned a deaf ear and continuing deploying more and more troops in Gedo region in recent days.
Finally, Jubbaland State administration stated that the consequences of the alleged Federal Government of Somalia in Gedo region will be the responsibility of the President of Somalia Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo, at the end of his term.
