The Minister of Health and Social Care for the Jubbaland State Government, Ismail Ahmed Garas, today formally concluded the Ministry’s 8th Annual Health review Conference, which had been taking place in Kismayo for three days.
Throughout the three-day summit, the participants thoroughly reviewed crucial plans aimed at better integrating the health sector professionals at various levels and elevating the quality of medical services provided across all regions of Jubbaland.
The conference also focused on finding solutions to recurring challenges faced by the Ministry. Key outcomes included the collective agreement to establish new, vital health centers in areas of need within Jubbaland.
To close the event, the Health Minister, accompanied by the Minister of Internal Affairs, presented certificates of appreciation to representatives from the Ministry’s partner organizations and the officials who ensured the smooth and stable organization of the conference.
