The Ministers for Planning, Internal Affairs and Fisheries of the Jubbaland Government, who are on an official work visit in Kenya have been holding series of meetings with representatives of the international community based in Nairobi,Kenya.
The ministers today held a meeting with the Head of Cooperation at the Embassy of Switzerland and the First Secretary of the Embassy.
The Ministers informed the Head of the Swiss Embassy about the situation in Jubbaland state where the Somalia Federal government has waged an illegal war in peaceful areas in Jubbaland state which may cause instability in Jubbaland region.
The Minister reiterated the Jubbaland government’s commitment to resolving political differences at the dialogue table which is the stepping stones of the Somalia government building process.
In the meeting, the International partners urged not to politicize the projects rolled out by the international communities aimed at supporting vulnerable communities in Somalia.
