The Minister for Planning, Investment and International Cooperation of the Jubbaland Government, Abdirahman Abdi Ahmed has today attended a forum by the French Government Institute for Development of Public Service and Good Governance in a program related to the leadership and development of government institutions.
The forum was attended by officials from North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa.
