Article: My take on Garowe Violence.

Aden Qaloshe;

The recent outburst of violence and insecurity in Garowe is nothing short of an unnecessary and regrettable activity that needs to be immediately curtailed. This kind of reckless behavior only serves to jeopardize the hard-earned peace and stability of the region, as well as putting the lives and livelihoods of its inhabitants in great danger. The perpetrators of such acts must be brought to justice without delay, as this is the only way to restore the trust and confidence of the people of the community.

For the people of Puntland, it is their solemn duty to maintain security and stability in their region. This entails upholding the rule of law and ensuring that peace and harmony prevail at all times. The actions of the troublemakers in Garowe go against this principle and must not be tolerated. The leadership of the region must take decisive action to ensure that their people are protected from the destructive influence of such elements.

In view of this, it is essential that both the State House and Villa Somalia work together to support the people of Puntland in restoring law and order. Through close cooperation and collaboration, the two entities can help to identify and neutralize any potential threats to the region’s stability. We must all stand united in condemning any acts of violence or insecurity and work towards building a peaceful and prosperous future for all citizens of Somalia.
