The President-elect of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has received the President of the Jubbaland State of Somalia, Ahmed Mohamed Islam in Mogadishu.
The two discussed the general situation in the country and how to work together to accelerate the aspirations of the Somali people.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud is currently holding private meetings with regional leaders and some international diplomats currently in Somalia.
The diplomats are part of a large delegation that came to congratulate the newly elected Somali President after his victory in the just concluded presidential election.
