A delegation from the Federal Government of Somalia including ministers and other top government officials have today arrived in Kismayo, Jubbaland state of Somalia.
The delegation’s visit to Kismayo was to assess the drought situation in parts of Jubbaland regional state.
Jubbaland Minister for Relief and Disaster Management, Abdirahman Abdi Ahmed welcomed the Somali Federal government delegation at Kismayo’s Sayid Mohamed international Airport.
Many parts of Jubbaland regional state is hit hard by ravaging drought situation which has affected both human and livestock.
